Navratan Jewellers

Visited the sector 18 store for the first time for a nose piercing. Experience was smooth and seamless, very hygienic and after care also provided. The piercing now is healing well without any issue.

I have done purchase of 22 carat Hallmark Gold earrings on 25th Feb 2024 from Navratan Jewellers Sector 18 Noida. I was not given any hardcopy bill or receipt, not even jeweller phone number or visiting card. Navratan Jewellers told me that they will send me ebill via email and WhatsApp within an hour as the person who gives printout wasn't available. But 3 days have passed and I haven't received any bill neither on my email nor on my WhatsApp. I figured out a number from Google and tried calling that. But nobody is answering. I have even dropped a message but no response. I am highly disappointed and have a feeling whether I chose the right jewellor not.

I was told jewellery bill will be sent to my whatsapp number. Its been 3 days no bills given yet. You all don't even bother to answer phone. Why run jewellery shop when you cannot provide bill hand to hand.

I had a wonderful experience visiting @ Navratan Jewellers. I actually went for some repairing purpose with my mother but fortunately found out some good collection of Bracelets. They are just new pattern which I have not seen anywhere as of now. I must say one must visit there and explore various variety of collection they have with them.

Very considerate and friendly Management and staff. They give their best to the customer in terms of time and quality of service and jewellery. Their designs are better than the biggest jewellery houses.

Good place for jewelry requirements, small & local shop, that's why their customer interaction is great...unlike big shops.

Our family jeweller. Have been their customers since the last 25 years. They have good and high quality jewellery with reasonable making charges.
