Krishna Jewellers

I was struggling to get a silver square in the whole of sector 18 with almost everyone saying no. Krishna jewellers attended peacefully and calmly, made sure I got exactly what I wanted in 2 days. Highly recommended.

We booked jewellery one year ago and paid the full amount on time, even before the instalment deadlines. At the time of delivery, the showroom refused to provide the originally booked design and instead showed an entirely different piece, pressuring us to either accept it or take a refund. This clearly reflects a deliberate attempt to avoid honouring the original booking, likely due to the significant price difference between the booking date and current market rates. Such conduct amounts to misrepresentation, deficiency of service, and unfair trade practice. The behaviour of the owner and staff was rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional, with no courtesy or willingness to resolve the matter responsibly. This is despite the fact that we are long-standing customers, have made significant purchases, and have referred several customers to them. We are now evaluating legal remedies, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum and other appropriate authorities. Customers are strongly advised to be cautious and ensure all commitments are honoured in writing. Trust is non-negotiable in this business, and this showroom has failed to uphold it. Refer the Communication with Ankur Rai (we have stamped tax invoice and receiving of Installments with us. Be Advise not to remind you everything in your store only, We can publicly share the tax invoice and video recording too)

Not trustworthy. They tried to fraud my old age parents by underpaying for the jewellery they were exchanging claiming it was only 18kt instead of 22kt like the bill and telling them that the shop that sold them scammed them. They refused and went to a different jweller who verified it was 22kt.
