I am extremely disappointed with the service at your jewellery store. The delivery of my jewellery was not done on time as promised, and there was no proper communication regarding the delay. What’s more upsetting is the clear partiality shown between customers. While regular customers like me are made to wait and are treated with indifference, politicians and VIPs are given special treatment—even being served food in the store. This kind of biased and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Due to this poor experience and lack of reliability, I have decided that I will never visit your store again, nor will I recommend it to others. I hope you seriously reconsider how you treat all your customers.

This shop is a complete scam. We went to repair a broken mangalsutra hook. The shopkeeper claimed he replaced it with 22 karat gold and billed us accordingly. But my wife, who knows jewellery well, suspected something was off. We insisted on testing the hook — and caught them red-handed. It was only 18 karat, not 22 as promised. They were trying to rob us in broad daylight. To make matters worse, they initially refused to even give us a bill for the repair, despite charging GST. We had to demand it. This tells you everything you need to know about their shady practices. Warning: Avoid this shop at all costs. They cheat on purity, try to skip giving bills, and prey on customers who trust them. If you ever deal with any jewellery store, always demand a bill and verify the purity before paying — or you could be their next victim. Our family is done with them forever, and I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this dishonest place.

Shop has veriety but some time we have to wait for new collection.... whatever collection they have it's good...staff is well mannered, nice and comfortable....the service is nice...it's a good shop for jewellery of gold, silver and diamond... They have parking place...it's all good...
