I had a very disappointing experience at Surana Jewellers, Nashik. I specifically asked for a bangle in size 2.4, but I was given size 2.6 instead. I realized the mistake within 10 minutes and immediately returned to the store to request an exchange. Unfortunately, the staff who were initially very polite during the purchase became rude and dismissive when I raised the issue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. A basic request to correct a clear mistake should not be met with disrespect. Customer service should not end once the payment is made. I would strongly advise others to double-check everything before leaving the store, as post-purchase support here seems lacking. Very disappointed with both the service and attitude.Wrong product given and extremely rude staff at Surana Jewellers. Polite before payment, disrespectful after. No accountability. Very bad experience, they have not uniform selling policy, also with in 3 month gem stone has separate from ring, even they have charged 25 % nearly 6000/- for it
