The staff was polite and helped in showing multiple options based on my preference. While the collection is impressive, better transparency and quicker service would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a good place for jewellery shopping in Nashik.

Extremely Poor and disappointed. The service was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. I think they don't understand what does sales mean. It's gold and costly jewellery cannot final it 10mins. Staff at the counter and cashier (specially only ladies) acted as if they didn’t want to serve anyone. We felt ignored, unwelcome, and humiliated. Owner must take responsibility for this serious mistake. If this continues, the business will lose many customers. After this experience, No one will never come back.

Extremely Disappointed…Very rude staff Mrs.Akansha she didn’t have manners how to talk with customer..literally she refuse to show the product…..
