Refusal to Certify= Doubt I visited this store to check diamond earrings. The staff verbally stated the clarity as VVS1, but no grading tags or certification were provided. When I requested a certificate (which is standard for any diamond sold with a stated grade), I was told certificates are not given for jewelry in this price range (which is around 48k). If the diamond truly matches the stated clarity and color, there is no reason to refuse certification. Refusal to certify naturally raises doubt about the actual quality. When I mentioned that other jewelers provide certification, I was told to "go to those shops," and was sarcastically asked if this was my first time buying diamonds, which was unprofessional. Diamond purchases depend on trust and transparency, and this experience did not reflect either, so I chose not to proceed.

I went to buy a diamond ring i experienced the very worst customer service. When I asked him about the quality of diamond and gold of the ring he doesn't ready to explain me there is no hallmark symbol in it so if you are going to purchase think twice before buying.

We ordered ring few days ago and we went to receive the Ring. We asked for little discount, Rajendra shah got angry and throwed the money and spoke rude words on us. No matter how big amount we buy he has to give respect to all customers.Very bad attitude he has and we got our money back..not recommended

***** Buyers Beware ***** Fake Diamonds and Worst and insulting customer service. Rajendra Shah invites every one saying Annan , Achi , Madam etc. afterwards he treats them as garbage. He is not a respectful person . He insults customers, asks them to get out, comments that they are doing drama etc. There are lot of other good diamond merchants selling great quality diamonds and providing great customer service. Why give money and get insulted and get lab grown diamonds or low quality ones from him. Lot of people in America, New Zealand, Australia are realizing it now and not buying from him. Please don’t go to his shop and never buy from him . His son may reply saying their diamonds are of good quality. But when diamonds were tested it proved very low quality or fake. Fake certificates are provided. Checkout nearby diamond merchants . But definitely not him. *****Buyers Beware ***
