Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service We recently visited the store to check on an earring we had purchased, which unfortunately had lost its shine and developed black spots. To our surprise, instead of assistance, we were met with extremely rude behavior. The lady staff member in the earring section was particularly unprofessional, and the manager who later joined the conversation spoke to us in an equally disrespectful manner. As long-time customers who have been buying diamonds from this store for over a decade, we’ve never encountered such poor treatment. This experience was deeply disappointing and has made us reconsider continuing our relationship with this brand.
