We had one of the best jewelry shopping experiences at Gem Palace. The place has history and the quality of the stuff is exceptional. Every article was stunning ( lil expensive) but looked genuine. We were also pleased with the hospitality and the friendliness of the owners and staff there

It is one of the most remarkable buying experiences ever. The place is not just a jewelry shop/manufacturer. it's also a museum of India's history over the last 150 years in preserved jewelry and show pieces from the past.

Highly recommend a visit to the Gem Palace! The staff are pro’s and make you feel like you are entering their home. Special remarks for the pink room up top. The most fabulous gems and archival pieces that could be in a museum but they let you try on! So many famous visitors have been and the family history of the place make it feel so wholesome and inviting. A great foray into the jewellery and gem dynasty that is Jaipur

I had an absolutely awesome experience at The Gem Plaza. The staff's level of service is truly unbelievable. Their collection is beyond imagination, and they can customize anything, regardless of whether you're buying 10k or 10 lakh worth of jewelry. They treat every customer equally, and I was even given a tour of their factory and the Gyan museum, which was breathtaking. Meeting the owner, Sakhil Dhaddha, and his younger brother Akhil was a pleasure; both of them are true gentlemen. If you're visiting Jaipur for gemstones, forget about other stores that might be more popular on Instagram but cater only to foreign customers. Do visit Gem Plaza. Just remember to look for the real store with that name.
