Their service is very bad, they have no way of talking to the customers, so much attitude, so much voice and they talk in such a dirty manner here.The staff here and especially the manager have absolutely no manners of talking. They just run their own business here, and customers' problems are never addressed. The guards here are third-grade, completely clueless about grading, and if asked for a recheck, they'll speak rudely.Please head branch change the team here and send this to some knowledgeable person who has the way of talking and knows how to respect the customer. Every businessman of Jaipur city is troubled by this, please solve this problem as soon as possible.

My experience with IGI’s diamond grading lab was extremely disappointing and concerning. The staff appeared untrained and lacked even basic knowledge about their own procedures, including standard grading charges per carat. There was visible confusion among employees, poor coordination, and a general lack of professionalism throughout the process. What was most alarming was the complete absence of confidence the environment inspired. When you are dealing with high-value assets like diamonds, precision, expertise, and accountability are non-negotiable — none of which were evident during my visit. The disorganized handling and lack of clarity made it feel genuinely risky to trust them with valuable stones. I had previously considered enrolling in a course with IGI, but after experiencing their operations firsthand, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services. The overall experience fell far below the standards expected from a reputed diamond grading institution.

I had a very disappointing experience with International Gemological Institute (IGI). The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and urgency. They don’t seem to care about clients or the value of our time at all. The entire process was extremely slow and poorly managed simple work that should be efficient took at least 3 to 4 hours with no proper explanation or communication. The working system is miserable, unorganized, and frustrating. There was no sense of responsibility from the staff, and customer service was almost non existent. For an institute that claims international standards, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, a very poor and time wasting experience. I would not recommend IGI if you value your time and peace of mind.

Uchi dukan feeka pakwan bilkul sahi hai yahan ke liye! Staff behaviour is pathetic – rude, not responding properly to basic queries. There's no responsible person here; everyone passes the buck.Worst part? The certificate picture doesn't even match the gemstone submitted! Total scam vibes. Avoid this place if you value your time and money. Never coming back! Even the SBI is far better in terms of service.

By far the most unprofessional lab I’ve dealt with. While the grading quality is decent, the service is shockingly poor. Turnaround times are never respected — deliveries routinely take 4–5 days. Even on confirmed pickup dates, my runner is forced to wait over 2 hours, and on several occasions, he has been told to return the next day. This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a lab of this stature. The staff show a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service etiquette. They speak with an air of superiority yet struggle to operate their own portal or provide clear communication. It is genuinely disappointing to see a globally recognized institution being mismanaged so badly. At this point, HRD or even a reliable local lab is far more efficient and respectful of a client’s time. IGI seriously needs to rethink its operations and staff training before it loses more credibility.

Very rude staff. They act like they are extremely busy, but there’s hardly any work going on. Worst staff ever. International Gemological Institute seriously needs to look into this.

Unprofessional staff. No management at all, Take so much time to test your stones. No price brochure provided after asking so many times. Overall very bad experience
