I visited for a consultation and was asked during the session to immediately leave a 5-star review and write a positive comment. I felt uncomfortable being pressured to submit a review on the spot. After I later removed the review, I received calls and voice messages questioning my decision and criticizing me for it. My concern is not about the consultation itself, but about the way feedback was handled. Reviews should be left voluntarily and without pressure. I believe customers should be free to share their honest opinions without being contacted or made to feel guilty afterward. I am sharing this experience so that others can make an informed decision. She constantly kept saying she has customers outside Kerala and reviews and ratings really matter to her. Her way of dealing things later was highly unprofessional. All the reviews which describes the good nature of professionalism must be the ones she forced them to write right in front of her. She didn't even leave a choice for me to not give one.
