21 day meditation class led by Avinash ji was a stepping stone for my transformative journey. Chakras has been well explained along with mantra maala Pushpaka sthavam. I felt so peaceful and calm. This journey has given me an inner insight .Meditation sessions were so calm and serene.Classes have been conducted at the right time. Recordings were really helpful for taking notes. Namaskaram, Guruji. The spiritual journey that began under your guidance through Lalitha Dhyana has given me an experience that words are truly insufficient to describe. I remember with deep gratitude that it provided me with a remedy for the confusion of desires and mental struggles that I had been experiencing in recent days—something I had never known before. I, who had been connected to spirituality from a very young age, now realize that it is truly Amma herself who personally called me, led me forward, and seated me under your guidance for training. Feeling blessed to have completed the 21-day Lalitha Sahasranama Sadhana✨ So inspiring to see so many of us waking up at 4 AM and practicing together—group energy truly has its own power! I attended Yathisha’s class about six months ago, and the experience still stays with me so deeply. I'm unable to assess the quality and efficacy of the content of this program named Lalitha Dhyana & Chakra Sadhana because I'm only a simple disciple eagerly waiting for an opportunity to somehow get a close encounter with the otherwise elusive Mahamaya. I have had indirect experiences of Her grace , that could not be logically validated. Devi was always hiding behind her veil and my struggles to get a glimpse of her effulgence have become futile. Supposing immaturity in the spiritual realm , I badly needed some form of Sadhana in order to progress towards the point where my vision doesn't get blocked any more. At this juncture, declaration of the Chakra Sadhana program by Yathisha seemed to be nothing but Her grand design to lure me towards her abode. I understand the difficulties in the process and the unknown length of time taken for establishing awareness of even the basic Chakra ie. Moolaadhara. However an overall idea about the complete map of the Shad-Chakra is essential for the spiritual journey undertaken. This has been meticulously delivered by Guruji Avinash Vyasa Bharathi through his guided meditation. The combination of Manthra Mathruka Pushpa Mala Sthavam and the Shad-Chakra Niroopanam is unique in its blend and wonderfully fits in its application on guided meditation. It is full and complete in itself. Now it becomes my responsibility to develop my capabilities in the technique based on the guidance given by Gurudev. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the program since it takes time and effort for frution. Sensual experiences during Dhyana are considered shallow and are not worth sharing. Requesting Gurudev to kindly make himself available for clearing obstructions that may come in the path while meditating unguided . भवानि! त्वं दासे मयि वितरदृष्टिं सकरुणाम् इति स्तोतुं वाञ्छन् कथयति भवानि! त्वमिति य: । तदैव त्वं तस्मै दिशसि निजसायूज्यपदवीम् मुकुन्द ब्रह्मेन्द्र स्फुटमकुट नीराजितपदाम् ।। Thank you Team Yathisha
