Tharanya Associates

I’m Ramya Joseph, an NRI, and I approached Tharanya Associates for constructing my home. From the very first meeting, Mr. Vijayakanth impressed me with his professionalism, clear explanations, and multiple floor plan options. The team treated the project like their own, ensuring high-quality work and attention to detail at every stage. Communication was smooth throughout, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Their designs for interiors and modern elevation were outstanding. Each stage exceeded my expectations. The final outcome is an excellent home—better than I imagined. I truly appreciate Mr. Vijayakanth and his team for their dedication. I strongly recommend meeting him if you're planning to build a house.

We congratulate and appreciate M/S Tharanya Associates for their sincere and reliable construction work of our house with quality materials as committed in the agreement without any compromise. The finishing of the house is very neat and fine . They completed the house in time and without any escalation in spite of a corona lockdown . Though the material cost and labor cost are increased of corona effect they have not claimed any escalation in the agreed estimate. We pray God bless him in his future endeavors and flourish in his construction works . Once again we pray God bless him for his sincerity and commitments. With Regards D.Rajagopalan & Geetha

I am incredibly pleased with my experience working with Tharanya Association for the construction of my dream home in Pondicherry. Definitely a pleasure and joy dealing with theTharanya Associates. Especially Mr.Vijayakanth Managing Director of the concern, has impressed me with his professionalism right from the starting of the Job till Completion. A Strong and efficient team work took care of all the detailing and their planning was excellent because of two and half decay experience in Industrial Building. The whole project was completed smoothly and well within the Target Date. Their construction was a highly quality and I have no hesitation in recommending to other Clients either the Industrial projects or for Residential projects.
