Pathetic experience.. She charged me for 1000rs for selection of flat layout.. Not even one proper phone call.. Or follow up consultantion after 1st failed negotiation on 1st flat.. She dosent tell what's wrong/ or good in selected/ rejected layouts... Asked for birthdate.. But never informed what's the favourable direction.. Not at all professional behaviour..
