Vastu Property Consultancy

One of the finest solutions in the field of real estate work in Kolhapur. A very reliable and helpful team. Mr. Rahul Jadhav and Mr. Dipak Desai guided us promptly throughout our flat purchase transaction. All services connected with the transaction were efficiently handled, including communication with the flat seller, collection of documents, obtaining title search and valuation reports, etc. The seller was working in Mumbai, while the property was located in Kolhapur and we were residing in Ratnagiri. Despite these different locations, the support and coordination provided by Vastu Property Consultancy were truly excellent. Their guidance, transparency, and assistance throughout the entire process—from documentation to the final Sale Deed registration and filling work were highly professional and satisfactory. Thank you to the entire team of Vastu Property Consultancy for making the deal smooth and hassle-free. We look forward to your support again in the future. Adv. Vinay Vasant Ambulkar Ratnagiri.
