SHUBH VASTU PROPERTY - Dombivali No 1 Trustable Real Estate Broker Form

Avoid him at all costs! Shubh Vastu Property is the Worst broker in Dombivali. He sent us photos and video of some random flat. When we showed interest to visit, he has stopped picking our phone calls. We sent multiple messages but he did not respond to any of them. He picked up our call when called from.a new number, and gave excuse that the flat owner is not picking his phone. Really? For how long? Why a flat owner will avoid his brokers calls when he wants to rent out his property? That too for two days.. This proves that this broker is himself unprofessional. And I suspect he posts multiple fake listings on multiple platforms to create online omnipresence. It's a nightmare dealing with Ravindra Patil - an utterly non professional guy who does not even have basic communication etiquettes.

Really good and sincere service. Mr. Ravindra Bhangre is very comfortable to communicate with and any time available. He is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend.

Mr. Ravindra is a very professional person. He arranged the best possible rental units within a single day. He helped me find a good flat and supported me at every step until the finalization of the agreement.

Ravi sir is very helpful and responsible agent. Main part is transperancy in each part of deal with owner is only possible because of Ravi sir. He is very genuine and calm person.

Nice and friendly person Very co operative and down to earth person No ambiguity, no bias and no disrespect towards anyone

Shubh Vastu Consultants are really very Reliable .Their dealings are transparent. Before referring any prospective buyers for your property, the Prop. Ravi Bhangare Patil does the basic and proper market investigation of the party. Once the party has shown it's interest, he arranges series of meetings before the deal is finalized. He also helps in getting the Housing Loan from various Banks, irrespective of the age of the property. He is really the Best Real Estate Agent.
