I engaged ArCoTec Design Studio for the design of my master bedroom and paid professional fees with the expectation of site involvement and design support. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The team visited the site only once. When serious design flaws were later pointed out—issues that were clearly visible had the site been reviewed properly—there was no corrective engagement. Instead of proposing solutions or revisions, the firm completely disengaged and stopped responding. Architecture and interior design are not desk-based exercises alone. Site visits, coordination, and accountability are fundamental. In this case, once problems surfaced, the responsibility was avoided rather than addressed. I would not recommend ArCoTec Design Studio to anyone expecting professionalism, site involvement, or post-design support.
