**UPDATE (June 2026) : @Deejos : Thanks for your response. ​I resorted to a public platform only after traditional escalation channels failed to yield transparent, proactive updates. Had my emails and follow-ups over the last 6 months been properly addressed, there would be no reason to discuss this publicly. Public accountability becomes necessary when private assurances do not translate into on-site progress. ​To ensure the narrative is accurate, I must clarify a few points regarding the project’s actual progress: ​Timeline & Delays: While excavation began in February 2025, subsequent progress has not matched the agreed-upon milestones. External factors like festivals and elections are standard, predictable risks in construction. As professionals, your team should have factored these into the baseline schedule rather than using them to justify current delays. ​Customer Cooperation: Regarding material selections, payments, and communication—I have consistently acted in good faith. Any pending decisions on my end are a direct result of waiting for you to complete the work stages I have already paid for, compounded by the frequent changes in points of contact and civil contractors at the site. As of today, I cleared over 91% of payment and 50% of work is still pending. ​The last commitment for a June 2026 handover of my home has not been fulfilled. Yesterday, I received a new commitment for handover from your team within the next 45 to 60 days. I expect this timeline to be honored and my home to be handed over in strict compliance with the quality standards of ultra luxury package and terms outlined in our construction agreement. Dr Vinoth M
