I am yoga student at yme from past 3months,I had Great experience and I feel very peaceful and mentally strong here, and stress free. Apart from yoga ambience is great, environment is so positive , I recommend this place for yoga and other activities,must visit.

For yoga and meditation Best place, ambiance nice, other activities like dance zumba, also good. Trainers are well certified,assist properly.

Amazing studio and teachers! Right away upon experiencing class at the shala I felt at home. It is a special space, and the teachers are authentic and kind. The clean large studio is so welcoming. Because it is on the first floor, beautiful big windows while you practice. I'm so grateful to have discovered such a sweet, peaceful studio. I definitely recommend anyone in town to take a class there
