Astroyoga & Physiotherapy Clinic

My entire family has been a part of Astroyoga for the last four years, and it has been one of the best investments we all have made in our health. Over these years, I have seen a huge difference in my own practice, I can now perform poses that once felt impossible, and Kshama's advanced yoga sessions always inspire me to challenge myself further. What I love most is that Astroyoga is not just about physical fitness. Equal importance is given to meditation, breathing techniques, and Yoga Nidra, which have helped me manage stress and improve my sleep. The simple diet guidance and healthy lifestyle tips are practical and easy to follow. Under her weight loss and strength batch, I lost 2 kg in just two months while becoming stronger and more energetic. Their dedication and genuine care is unmatchable.

i had a sevier neck and back pain since long . i visited astro yoga for CUPPING THERAPY. and it realy helps me to reduce muscle knot and stiffness….well trained staff with great knowledge……must visited place for dry cupping

Kshama is incredibly competent and dedicated. She handled my rehab for both ACL sprain, MCL tear and flat feet, helping me rebuild strength and recover fully so I could get back to dancing. She gives each patient plenty of time, and her rehab sessions always include a proper warm-up, targeted exercises, and assisted stretches for cool down. When I was travelling, she gave me tele-rehab (on video call) to make sure I am on track for my recovery. I’m really grateful for her support - highly recommend!

I have started my journey with astroyoga 4 months back.. i feel it was one of my best decisions i made in 2025 and honestly i cannot imagine my present self being this flexible because when i first came here i couldnt bend my body at all.. its been a wonderful 4 months…💯

This was my first time ever attending yoga class and I feel Astroyoga truly stood out . The instructors pay close attention to form and breath. The music they use for meditation , the flow and the overall energy make this place a perfect escape from a busy day. I have been attending for a few months now and I can feel improvements in my flexibility , posture and overall mood. Also, they celebrate all the festivals together and create such a beautiful sense of community. It truly feels like being part of a family while taking care of mind and body. I would highly recommend this place to both practitioners and beginners.

Astro Yoga has changed my life. Highly Recommended it to anyone thinking about it. I am doing Yoga from USA through WhatsApp 5-6 days a week. I tried a few classes in person while in India 🇮🇳 visiting Family & Friends. Loved the class so much, I signed up to do it over WhatsApp and it works amazingly great. Dr Kshama and her staff are very professional and understanding. Me being new to Yoga they let me do it at my speed in the beginning and after 6 weeks feeling so much more energetic and peach with myself. The added meditation is great too that goes hand in hand with Yoga. Try the class for 3-4 days and you will be hooked, promise from the comfort of your home. It’s an unbeatable experience. Thank you 🙏🏽 again for all that you guys do and look forward in personal growth and this is bringing me and those around me tons of positive energy. Max Patel
