Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust help desk is situated near Shapuri Mall, a famous land mark which is under construction. It is accessible by autos and rickshaws. It's spacious and one can book tickets for sugam darshan, rudrabhishek etc. after darshan puja prasad and malas( if booked) will be delivered after showing the copy of Darshan ticket. Help desk is near to Gate no 4 , from where sugam darshan etc are allowed.Seating is available and one can use toilet in the help desk which is reasonably maintained.Online booking can also be done in the website of Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple Trust, but while entering the temple hard copies are required as mobile not allowed inside temple. Devotees can take mobile inside the campus but not to the sanctum sanatorium. Lockers are available.

I booked tickets for my family for Sugam Darshan a day in advance. It's the best way for elderly people to skip the queue and visit the temple. The staff was really helpful. You need to visit the desk after 2:30 am in the morning the same day for the tickets.
