They are complete frauds - have no arrangements. Charged me 11000 and I had to pay the pandit again.

Stay arrangement is very poor. Once you make full payment they even don't bother about your problem.

I would like to share my overall awful experience with the services taken from Prayag Pandits for premium Asthi Visarjan for Odisha pilgrims in Prayagraj for Rs 7100/-. I was carried away by their presentable web portal and online fake/paid reviews. We thought we would be at peace from extortion. The points that I would like to highlight are: ~The call center person Mr Shivam told fasting is required, however the guide told it is not required and we can have some light food. ~Mr Shivam did not inform we need to take a bath, however the guide told bathing is required before going to the ghat so we got delayed there. ~Mr Shivam informed we need to carry a new Dhoti and a new Gamcha, however at the actual function, Dhoti was used and not the Gamcha but anyways we donated both. ~All the so called 'high quality' ingredients was full of insects crawling all over the boat and you cannot focus on the pooja. ~ The rituals were no where close to Odisha tradition and it was a absolutely a false information provided. ~The pandit wanted to extract more money in the name of brahmin bhojan to which we said we have a budget in mind and cannot divert from it. If that is essential, then they could have added it in the package itself instead of demanding on the ground. Since we denied then suddenly his behavior and attitude changed. ~The boatman also asked for extra money. There were other players too, who also asked for extra money in the Sangam Ghat ~The guide himself arranged the transportation costs to and from Prayagraj station and we trusted him. However, later we found he was asking more than double the regular charges. We even had a fight with these people which led to a overall bad experience. I would never recommend their services to anyone as they are nothing but sophisticated thugs.
