JSS Indore Taxi - indore taxi-Ujjain taxi

I recently hired a car from this travel agency for visiting Baglamukhi Temple and Mahakaleshwar Temple along with other important temples in Ujjain. My overall experience was excellent. Ritesh bhai (owner) guided me very well throughout the trip and also helped in arranging Pandit ji for proper pooja and rituals. The driver was very supportive, polite, and ensured a smooth journey. The pricing was also quite reasonable compared to the services provided. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized spiritual trip.

The Urbaniya veh was in a good condition. As on Apr 2026. Drivers were Profesionaly good. No intoxicants were taken during the entire 5 days during duty hours. Promt on time reporting. Only area for improvement is the daily cleaning of the internal area of the veh. As the same was not being attended. Externally the veh was neat and clean.

We had a terrible travel experience. We booked a cab, but then they didn't answer our calls early in the morning. They are very dishonest people; they treated visitors like this in an unfamiliar city... Don't book a cab with them.

Service is some what ok..but drivers are unwilling to take the visitors to touring places as the visitors are unaware of places, hence they cheat on their part ,on price driver along with his owner are adamant without concern of value for money not a pleasant experience with JSS tours & travel, Indore.

I recently booked a 5-day trip for my family to visit all 6 Jyotirlingas across Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, and I want to take a moment to truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by JSS Services. From the start, everything was seamless, we received the best price with no hidden charges, and the vehicle provided was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention goes to our driver, Sourabh, who was not only calm and courteous but also incredibly experienced. Despite covering nearly 2000 km in just 5 days, he remained fresh and energetic every single day, making our journey smooth and stress-free. This travel and tour company exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend JSS Services to anyone planning a spiritual or long-distance trip. 😊

I recently travelled with Jai Shree Shyam Tour and Travels, to Omkareshwar and for local sightseeing in Indore and I am happy to write this review for their professional and good service during my trip. Easy and reliable booking process, allowing me to secure my transportation without any hassle. Response time was fast, driver was professional, committed, kind and helpful. I barely had to wait for my ride. The service was excellent throughout the journey, at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and also to you if you are reading my review 🙂 Thank you Ritesh bhai, person behind the smooth coordination, who works tirelessly to deliver smooth experience for his customers.

New vehicle, very supportive driver mr Shyam Ji.
