Visited Pitambara Shaktipeeth in Datia and had a blissful experience. The temple complex is extremely well-maintained. Apart from the primary temple of Goddess Baglamukhi, you will also find a prominent Shiva Temple, which pulls many devotees daily for Jal Abhishek. Firstly, you have to buy prasad items (Ladoo, Peda, Flowers etc) from the shops located near the main gate. Then you have to deposit your shoes and collect the token. After that you have to proceed towards the entry gate, in front of which there is a "Mobile 📲 Deposit" table. You must deposit your phones before entering the temple. They will collect your phones, tie them with a rubber band and attach a number slip with them. You will receive a number slip that matches their slip, for easy collection. If you go early morning then you can easily get darshan because it's not crowded at that time. Recommended dress code is - Yellow Kurta with Pajama or Dhoti. Only people wearing dhotis are allowed to enter the main area of temple. However, you can still see the idol of Goddess at a distance from another window, if you aren't wearing a dhoti. Outside the temple you will find a book stall. There are various religious books available about the history of this Shaktipeeth. Shri Swami Ji Maharaj Van Khandeshwar's books are a must-try, they are life changing. Highly recommended to visit!😇🙏🏻🛕
