The importance of this place is endless . No one can describe it in word . You all are welcome here for realise the peace of mind and feel the presence of that supreme power lord by your self. " UTSAV " ( festival) is part of human being since long . We human are fond of festivals . Lord swaminarayan was also fond of UTSAVS . He celebrated almost all utsavs of hinduism like ram navami , janmastami , shivratri , rasotsav , rangotsav etc.. The difference between celebrations which lord had celebrated and other was devine presence of lord him self and other main thing was some time people forget the main essence of this religious festivals and enjoying them selves beyond the boundries of religion and ethics and values . So lord him self celebrated all festivals with joy and real values too , and also advoce us to do same in future . So we are celebrating all festivals here as he advised us to do . among them all festivals 3 festivals are like special for us here 1) Shakotsav 2)sharadotsav 3) Jal jilani ekadashi ( ganesh visarjan utsav )

The Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Ahmedabad, is truly a spiritual & architectural gem. From the moment you enter, you’re enveloped in a sense of peace & devotion. The intricate carvings on the wooden pillars, domes, and ceilings are simply stunning...each detail reflects the artistry and devotion of its creators. The temple complex is very well maintained & clean. The calm atmosphere makes it a perfect place for prayer, meditation, or just a quiet escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. If you’re interested in culture, spirituality, or architecture, this place is a must-visit in Ahmedabad.

Visited Mar 2020. I had limited time here and it was late evening. Nice mandir, but ... this mandir will never have the charm and vibe of the old mandir in Kalupur. This is a personal opinion. Yes I know this place looks "good" and must have cost a fortune to build. Visit both mandirs and listen to your heart not your head - then decide for yourself if what I've said is correct. Wish i could come here during daytime and have more time. See the few pics I took, attached.

It's a divine location where you can find inner serenity. This is a temple dedicated to Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, where one can offer prayers to Lord Mahadev, Ganesh Ji, Hanuman Ji, and Swaminarayan bhagwan along with his parents. Inside is a sizable complex with an abundance of cows.

The best idol of lord Swaminarayan is main attraction of this temple...located on river front...After visiting you should ask for kapila cow..you have to take blessings of kapila cow
