Disappointed and Let Down – Felt Ignored After Payment The numerologist was initially polite and responsive, and actively followed up until I made the payment of ₹8,500. They promptly shared the numerology report and conducted the consultation. However, post-consultation, they completely vanished. Despite repeated attempts to reach out for follow-up queries, there has been no response. The lack of professionalism after the payment was disappointing, especially given the initial engagement. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages over the past 75+ days, but there has been no response at all. I had several queries regarding the report that was sent, hoping for some clarity and guidance. Unfortunately, none of my questions were acknowledged or answered, which was highly unprofessional given the nature of the consultation. It’s unfortunate that once the payment is made, the follow-up support simply vanishes. They are only interested in selling gemstones — which makes it feel more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultative service. For the amount charged, I expected better professionalism, consistency, and at least the courtesy of a reply. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to others looking for long-term guidance or meaningful support.

The process right from payment to consultation was very smooth. During the consultation, sufficient time was given for explanation and clarifications. Dr. Palash is very knowledgeable and understanding, approachable and a frank person. Best part of the consultation is even if he knows about any negative element or phenomenon, he will not concentrate on that, instead concentrate on what is needed to bring positivity and success. Bringing in the belief of confidence and positivity in the client is what is the purpose of consultation. Regarding accuracy of name change its too early... but would want to believe and hope for best 🙏
