Your old staff behavior is very poor. I suggest you that kick out old staff otherwise , once time comming no any customer to came at your shop. Rating is very very worst. Infortunatily , I have shoping at your shop since last 05 years- It is my mistake to atteched your shop. All the things worst.

I have been there quite a few times and my experience so far was good until one day I went with my mother to purchase silver bangles and the female staff there who was showing silver collections was so uninterested and unbothered and whenever my mother asked for something more and unique all she kept on saying was ‘ jo tha hamne dikha diya’ and ig it was her mealtime so my mother politely requested to go and have her meal and send some other person but she said ‘nhi hm jayenge toh dikha k hi jayenge’ and jab dikhane ki baari ayi toh so uninterested she was and harr kaam dheere dheere karr rhi thi like she was interrupted by us.Then finally me and my mother decided to leave that place because she was not willing to show us with interest.

Avoid! Selling copper-filled idols at full silver price. I had a terrible experience with Hare Krishna Jewellers. They sell silver idols filled with copper bars but charge the full silver rate for the entire weight. When I tried to exchange them, they refused multiple times, one salesperson even told me to just perform "nimarjan" (dispose of them in water) rather than bringing them back. The reason for their refusal became clear when I took the idols to Malabar Gold & Diamonds at Hyderabad for an exchange. They opened the idols in front of me and revealed the copper hidden inside. Hare Krishna Jewellers refused the exchange because they didn't want to own up to their deceptive pricing. Absolute lack of transparency and integrity.
