Yesterday evening I visited PNG ram maruti road showroom, I had no intention of buying anything, I walked in to get an estimate for my mangalsutra strings. I was greeted with a smiling face by Mrs. Seema Thorat. She gave me a quick estimate and was so friendly with me, she explained everything in detail and gave me a rough figure. No nagging, nothing, just plain business with a smile. I was so impressed with her, and the way she conversed with me, it was actually a very friendly talk. She got me water and a cup of tea too.. I decided to buy the strings, as they were in my budget... After all the process, was done, we had a good laugh. Really an amazing experience.. PNG, you have an amazing staff and Shoul have more of Seema Thorat..
