The sales representative are very rude at BR. Initially they act very sweet before paying advance money, however once you place an order they become arrogant. I have placed an order for ring before placing order they given false commitment that they will provide the ring before my asked timeline. But after advance payment they delayed long & behave arrogant when I asked for the ring. Really got very bad experience with BR Surat.

If only I had the choice of negative rating. While selling the product, they are super sweet, but do not believe in after sales. Do not trust them on any circumstances. Take everything in writing from them. And if you have an option, do not ever come to them. The owner here, doesn't stick to her own words and will prove you a lair. I got fooled twice here

this is not just another review but my own personal experience with Br designs. I was looking for a ring, and I wanted the design to be different and pretty like every other person who goes to buy jewellery. Nobody wants the designs to be cliche. I have visited many pages of the jewellery shops and visited many. Nobody could satisfy my taste, but trust me when I say this, when I checked br designs web page, the word 'cliche' went out of my head as all the designs were just so pretty and unique. If anyone wishes to buy jewellery or watches, br designs is the name I'd totally suggest you❤
