JAINSONS :THE WATCH STORE

Poor services after purchase…. Provide repair through local vendor not with the particular brand service centre..

The worse service ever. Once I ordered my wrist watch belt. They told it ll come in 45 days I said ok. After 50 days I called them after 5 times they received my call n than they told me they didn’t place order and asked me the details about my order slip. They apologise n order the same it came after 95days that also I had to call them n ask about it. Than same time I change cell for the watch n it’s was in 1year warranty so I went to change it. They took my watch n told me they ll call me after 7week but after 10ams I had to call they didn’t recv for two days n than finally esthetician recv after 3 rd day. N told me to sent my slip n I did as told but till date no response. They don’t even recv my call or call back it’s been more than 15 days. I request everyone to avoid going to the shop for any type of service. There worse service in the country.
