BABU JEWELLERS-BEST JEWELLER

I have been purchasing gold from Babu Jewellers for a long time and have generally had a good experience. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. Before visiting the store, we called and confirmed the gold rate, which was quoted as ₹1,30,690. However, when we reached the showroom, the rate was suddenly increased by around ₹3,000, and we were told that this was not the rate shared with us. Even after providing the call recording as proof, the explanation given was that it was a misunderstanding on the employee's part. What made the experience worse was the behavior of one of the staff members present during our visit. The person was quite rude and lacked basic customer service etiquette. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when making significant purchases. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves transparency in pricing, and provides proper customer-handling training to its staff. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had at a jewellery store despite being a loyal customer.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any rush.""A huge thank you to [ms jagdeep kaur ] for the outstanding customer service! Their advice made choosing the perfect gift so easy."
