Visited Lalitha Jewellery yesterday. The customer service was excellent. Staff members Ms. Prabha N, Mr. Ponmanickam, and Mr. Sudalaimani deserve special appreciation. The purpose of my visit was to buy a simple silver anklet but unfortunately I couldn’t find the type of jewellery I was looking for. So I would suggest making more minimal and simple jewellery designs available, especially lightweight collections. In my perspective,people are becoming more obsessed with trendy collections. Customers who want fancy jewellery at an affordable rate would definitely buy them. Customers like me would also be very happy if simple jewellery were available at affordable prices, even if the rates are increasing.
