The staff here is highly unprofessional and the service is extremely pathetic. My wife was repeatedly misguided, and they delivered the wrong size product every time she visited. What’s worse is that the staff didn’t even have the basic courtesy to acknowledge their mistake or express any regret. Truly unacceptable experience.

UPDATE: Issue RESOLVED after amicable conversation and remake of item by the shop.They reached out and we had a conversation with them explaining the cause. The product was remade to suit my preference well within a week. _______________________________________ They LIED to us. They showed a ring from their showroom and offered to remake my ring based on the former. They assured me that my ring which was too sharp to wear will have a rounder design so it won't hurt but when i got back the ultimate product it was the same and even sharper. They refused to do anything about it more like they failed. THEIR CRAFT IS TERRIBLE. Please never waste any gold on this place because they will RUIN your precious jewelry with their sheer INCOMPETENCE. They totally ruined my ring and CHARGED AN UN REASONABLE AMOUNT without giving me any compensation. They clearly promised to make something and handed me something else entirely. My finger is close to bleeding, they made my ring that sharp. And the finish is terrible too. What was beautiful gold ring now looks like brass. SHAME ON THE DACCA.
