Aisshpra Gems & Jewels - Raebareli

Very nice showroom And staff behaviour very good

Good service and staff behaviour very polite 😍😍

The staff at Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, Raebareli is generally polite and cooperative. However, my experience with the store manager was extremely disappointing. His behavior was very rude, and he clearly lacks basic etiquette on how to speak with customers. I have purchased jewelry worth around ₹10 lakh over the past year from this store, showing my trust and loyalty. Unfortunately, one product turned out to be defective the very first time it was used. When I reported this issue, the store manager bluntly said that I would have to bear the loss and that the store is not responsible once the product is sold. This response was shocking and unprofessional, especially coming from a store that claims to value its customers. No effort was made to inspect the product or offer any solution. Such an attitude towards genuine concerns completely ruins the customer experience. Because of this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this store to anyone who expects professionalism, respect, and proper after-sales support.

I'm from Nagpur, and I love to shopping at Aisshpra, when I come to Rae Bareli, I always buy gold and silver ornaments.Best gold and silver ornaments in one place . Jeetendra Tiwari sir gives special attention for every customer and give good service .

A great merchant, you can always go with them if you are doing shopping for gold. Better than Tanishq in terms of pricing and also aggresive pricing on making charges
