Divinelane - Abhiruchi

⭐ Extremely Unprofessional & No Accountability I purchased a Blue Sapphire ring from Divine Lane after being strongly pushed to wear it immediately. I gave clear instructions for a secure setting and even informed them upon receiving the ring that the stone looked loose. Within two weeks, the stone fell out. Thankfully, I found it after 3hrs search— otherwise it would have been a complete financial loss. They admitted it was their mistake and promised to repair the ring. Weeks passed. No ring. After more than a month of follow-ups, I requested a refund since they failed to return the repaired ring. They agreed. It has now been 2 months, and I have received neither the repaired ring nor the refund. No one takes responsibility. Escalation contacts are not shared. The marketing representative, Yash, responds selectively and then disappears. When it was time to sell the gemstone, there was extreme urgency. When it was time to fix their mistake, there was none. Gemstones are sold as remedies where timing is important. Because of their delay and negligence, I lost crucial months without wearing the stone — despite being told it was "urgent" for my life situation. If accountability disappears after payment, customers should seriously reconsider before purchasing.

Very nice service given my divinelane. Thier gemstones are truly amazing. Special Thanks to Shri. Basudeb Chakraborty Ji & Astrologer Madam for all the guidance 🙏

Not good experience of this store. I book two gemstone ruby and panna on 10% amount and other amount on 9 instalment but they didn't processed that and now it's two month almost passed but not returning my booking amount. So I felt cheated by these people. Now I have to make police complaint of this then only they will realize their mistake.

Thanks to Divine Lane for analysing & guiding me. Got 2 rings one of Ruby & 1 of Yellow Sapphire, within a good budget. More appreciated was the design of the rings, which can be adjusted without any extra efforts or approaching any craftsman. Thanks to Panditji for his guidance. Special thanks to Rajiv ji for being there & attending to all my queries, understanding them & support. Will definitely recommend my contacts, if required.

Excellent service given by them. There are so many apps for astrology but I have not seen anyone so passionately giving their services. Their predictions are almost 100%.Their Gemstones are also of very good quality and budget friendly. It's a delightful experience and I hope they keep up their good work.
