I travelled specially to PBR and Zevar to buy gold kadas. The staff was polite but on very FIRST time when trying to wear expensive kada CAREFULLY, without touching the diomand area, three diamonds just fell off and kada changed it's shape, the lock got loose too! I had to put it back into box without wearing it. While I was waiting to travel to Zevar, I had been wearing a 500rs kada for two years, 24*7, even that never lost a single diamond or lost its colour!!! Now I am going to a party wearing this 500rs kada instead of gold Zevar kada. Very disappointed. I was not expecting this quality from Zevar. I also had some repairs to do, not good job on those either. The old time tiny shop Pratap Jewellers never disappointed on quality.

Very cunning and crafty. Bought ornament from there and in 1 week pendant broken when we went to return it guy who sold to us was very nice when selling but when we complained about returning this broken ornaments within a week he started showing his real face. We could have lost broken pendant purely because of poor quality. And my wife wanted to get straightened cambi viti when we went there to collect they swapped it with other. I will not recommend Zevar to anyone. Go to your traditional Firms where you buying your gold always. These people are not trustworthy.

Good service with sincere staff and friendly people and offering tea colddrinks after halfhour nimish and maya was best staff members i seen there both was with friendly behaviour very good persons
