I had a very disappointing experience at Malabar Gold. The payment process was extremely complicated and poorly managed. There was a lack of clear communication, which created confusion and unnecessary stress during the purchase. The staff did not provide proper guidance, and resolving the payment issue took much longer than expected. For a reputed brand, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. I hope they improve their payment system and train their staff better, because this kind of experience is not acceptable.

Very disappointing experience with Malabar Gold & Diamonds. I sold a gold biscuit on 10 June and was informed that the payment would be credited to my bank account within 2–3 days. However, the promised time has already passed, and I still have not received the payment. The staff did not provide proper guidance, and resolving the payment issue took much longer than expected. For a reputed brand, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. I hope they improve their payment system and train their staff better, because this kind of experience is not acceptable. What is even more frustrating is that I have tried contacting the store several times, but my calls are not being answered. This lack of communication and delay in payment has caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. I expected better service and professionalism from a reputed brand. I request the management to resolve this issue immediately and improve customer support.

Today's I visited this store.. The collection is beautiful, but the staff’s total lack of interest makes shopping here a miserable experience.. employees were totally disinterested and never even acknowledged my presence. They seemed more focused on their own conversations than helping a paying customer, making the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming...unprofessional service..
