It was genuinely a wonderful experience. What stood out the most was how warmly and professionally the staff treated me throughout my visit. There was one staff member in particular a short, fair girl (I think her name was Sneha) who was especially kind and helpful. Overall, it felt like a really positive and comfortable experience.
