They have good collection, staff is very attentive and polite. Loved how they were showing so many options for design. Good customer service. You can definitely ask for vaishali when you reach, she showed us lot of options.

It was a very disappointing experience at this store. Their service is truly pathetic. At the time of purchase they make big promises and attractive offers, but when it comes to returns, they deduct charges without giving proper information. During the purchase they make you talk only with a basic sales staff, but once the purchase is done and you face any issue, no one is willing to help or even ask about the problem. I returned a product and they didn’t give any return slip or acknowledgment. Since then, I have been calling them every day just to ask for an update, but there has been absolutely no response. After 5 days, only when I called again, they simply said that the request is still pending and they will call me back. This kind of service is very disappointing, especially from a brand like Tata. I would genuinely suggest people to be very careful before purchasing from here. Please read every condition and offer very carefully before buying. Nowadays even local jewellers provide much better service and customer care. For example, stores like Patel Jewellers take far better care of their customers. Please think carefully and verify everything at least 10 times before making a purchase. Really there was no 0 star option otherwise I will put that only they not deserve one star also
