Very friendly and helpful staff, patient and informative. We were helped throughout the buying and exchange process by Ms. Pooja in caratlane store, she smoothly carried out the full process and explained the schemes very well.

Experience at Caratlane, MG road Panaji-Goa was splendid. The polite, well mannered staff made the purchase and redemption with ample of collection eventfully celebrated. The assigned staff Reya with her thoughtful gesture and timely follow-ups made sure redemption is made on best suited occasion, in clubbing redemption with birthday celebration🥳🥳. Feels homely to be part of Caratlane family. Cheers to the team in Keeping Ratan Tata sir’s loving & caring presence alive❤️❤️

As an old and loyal customer of CaratLane, caratlane always comes with beautiful sets..wonderful designs. Their pieces are so beautifully crafted. I fall in love ❤️for the amazing jewelry every time. The best is we always get to update and upgrade our jewelry collection by exchanging the older ones. This time, when i visited for some anniversary shopping, i was pleasantly surprised by the team’s thoughtful gesture. The team surprised me with my anniversary 🎂 cake.. they celebrated our anniversary right there in the store. Along with that i was pleased to see they celebrate Haldi kumkum. Moments like these truly show how much they value their customers.😍😍😍 A big shout out and a biggest thank you to the CaratLane team for not just the beautiful jewellery, but also for the love they shower upon their customers.

Exceptional service at CaratLane Margao. I went in to purchase a stud for my birthday, and while there was a small hiccup, the staff handled it with patience and quick thinking. The highlight, however, was their hospitality. They surprised me with a cake for my birthday, and the whole team gathered to celebrate with me. It was a genuinely touching experience. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond!

Poor customer service from the staff. Walked in to the showroom and for almost 10 mins not a single staff member even acknowledged us. It's understandable that staff are dealing with other customers, but a courtesy greeting and I'll be with you shortly is not to hard to come from a staff member rather than being ignored.Staff are in need of some refresher training of how to deal with customers.

Wonderful excellent service from Riya n Saira and also from Pooja. It is seen that after offering 30% discount on certain already flat discounted earnings drop have been excessively increased. Try to help customers with better promotional offers so that price doesn't exceed on the original discount price. I am a regular customer. So looking forward 👌
