We waited for over 30 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging our presence or even making eye contact. The lack of basic courtesy was shocking. It was only as we walked out the door in disappointment that a salesperson finally approached us. A premium purchase like gold deserves better service. I would not recommend this place.
