Crystal Paradise

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was just too messy. Late delivery, average quality, and too much small talk. Feels like the work isn’t taken seriously at all. He doesn't know enough about gemstones or healing, and he will ignore your calls and not give in orders for 4-5 weeks sometimes. Very unethical and ignorant man

THE OWNER TALKS A LOT, PROMISES EVEN MORE, BUT DELIVERS VERY LITTLE. TOO MANY UNNECESSARY CONVERSATIONs when you meet him and ZERO accountability, NOTHING is ever delivered on time and he NEVER takes orders seriously. He will IGNORE ALL YOUR CALLS and delay orders BY A MONTH or more. I regret being patient with him for so long, not worth the money or time. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS

Very unprofessional owner. Lot of unnecessary talks and chats. Products are never delivered in time and quality of work is not upto mark. He never picks up your calls, even if you're a regular customer and treats his clients with no consideration. Horrible experience really! He doesn't even know how to spell some of the gem names

CONSTANT DELAYS! every delivery date was pushed forward with some excuse or the other. this man has a horrible attitude and it’s very frustrating when you keep following up only to get ignored and still don’t get your order on time. DEFINITELY NOT RELIABLE. I would never recommend

The owner is very patient and friendly. He is generous to share information. He is also a healer. It's a great experience to have gotten the stones from the owner who appreciates them as well. Will come back again if I'm in Delhi. Highly recommend.

I came to his shop from so far and the way he handle his customer that is incredible. i purchased lajward with best rate along with great quality. really i recommend to all the people if you really want genuine stone with best price you must go there.
