For urgent work go in morning they will give you report till 2 or 3 pm
Pathetic customer service. There lunch time is from 1 to 1.30pm. But they exceeded 45 minutes amd back bt 2.15pm. Nobody checks on them? Total Time waste amd worst experience ever.
People on front desk was fine...but rude when I called them and asked for the status of the test...they asked me to collect same time mentioned on the paper. So I believe customer service is poor
WORST LAB OF INDIA..WORST STAFF..TAKES BRIBE FROM BIG WHOLESALERS AND GIVES BAD GRADE TO BETTER Quality diamonds..works like a monopoly avoid if possible
Few people are coming to get there Gems tested...took me 15 mins only to submit...If you want gem test delivery in 1 day it will cost you 1550 per stone .... otherwise in 10 days delivery time 1000 per stone
