I had a really great experience with this jewelry brand. The pieces are beautiful and unique..but what impressed me the most was their incredible customer support. They were super friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout. Definitely a brand I’d recommend!

As you can see from the number of bad reviews and fake gems and jewels they sell, this fraud brand Clara is a masterclass in how to destroy customer trust. I bought a ring with gems.The ring quite literally fell apart after a single wear, gems gone, quality nonexistent. That’s not a defect, that’s negligence. What followed was even worse: a stream of hollow, copy-paste responses that dodged responsibility at every turn. No accountability. No resolution. No respect for the customer. If a brand can’t deliver a product that survives one use and then refuses to own up to it then it has no business selling jewelry. Spend your money anywhere else. Pathetic customer service and very negligent, uncouth and rude sales contact that has no ounce of respect for the money that was spent.

Appreciate the smooth delivery process and found the product similar to the sample shown in product catalogue and descriptions. Product is good and authentic.
