It has been nearly three months now. I ordered for a few items on 29 September. Only half of the order was fulfilled , Rest of the order was preorder and there is no information about it. No one is responding to my emails too. If anyone knows how to cancel a pre order pls help. Not even one star should be given to it.

Order at your own risk. I accidentally placed an order on this site on June 26, purchasing four items. Only one chain was delivered on July 6. There was no email, no update, and no intimation regarding the remaining three items. I emailed them multiple times asking for either an update or a reason for the delay. I received only two generic responses saying the order would be processed soon and a 500 rs gift card and nothing more. Eventually, two additional items arrived on August 25. As of December 22, I am still waiting for the final item, with no email, no call, and no communication whatsoever. The customer service is absolutely pathetic. There is no respect for customers’ money or time. What might be a joke for them ends up being a frustrating and exhausting experience for the buyer. Do not purchase from sellers who do not value their customers. There are countless better and more reliable stores for silver jewellery. Unfortunately, if you are unlucky like I was, you will only end up suffering. What will I do with 500 rs gift card ? What about the Rest of the money of the product I paid for ?? You guys keep it ?? Absolutely disgusting.

Two times previously ordered and received good product now when I place order they don't even deliver and don't even accept it that they will not deliver and just take order and money first they took 3 months to refund now recently I placed one order when I was finally able to get in touch with them they said you place order now. so I placed order on 6th feb and still today(8th march) no update on delivery and from past 4 days I am trying to get in touch with them they don't even reply back. don't order from here they don't care about customer

I have shopped from BlingLane a few times now and absolutely love their collection and quality. However, their customer service is the worst. Even after sending them Instagram DMs, emailing them, filling up the contact form and calling them several times I only managed to get through to them in a week’s time. They never respond or call you back (as it announces on their IVR). I placed an order on 29th Oct and finally received it on 27th Nov. This is fine and fairly acceptable. The problem begins here - when I informed them that the ear-cuffs are defective (both of the same ear) as a solution I was informed that they’ll create a return and then pick up the item first and once it reaches their warehouse is when they’ll ship me another pair. PREPOSTEROUS! Can you imagine how insufferable this is whole fiasco is. As a customer, you pay in time and energy for their lack of quality check as a business. While I type this, my request is still under review.

Absolute best!! Such a beautiful piece -came in a lovely package with a small small string bag and polishing cloth for long term storage. Fast delivery and great quality. Loved the product ❤️

The product and packaging was excellent and of top quality the special request of including a personal message was met, just upset because it took nearly 34 days to deliver. A thicker chain would be perfect but the one provided is acceptable. Thank you guys soo much my partner loved it a lot.

I would have given a 5 star because the rings are really pretty. But the fact that it took 2 months to get delivered was a major turn off. 3 of my friends also have recently ordered rings from your website after looking at my ring. I hope they get their rings in time unlike mine. Cheers!
