Tanishq Jewellery - VASHI LFS SEC 17

We regularly visit the Tanishq showroom at Vashi Sector 17 LFS, and every experience has been excellent. The staff is always very cordial, professional, and cooperative. Suvarna has been assisting us with our jewellery purchases for many years and has always provided wonderful guidance and support. During our recent visit, Suvarna and Samidha helped us patiently and ensured we had a very smooth and pleasant shopping experience. We also had a non-Tanishq jewellery item that needed repair, and Subhadip repaired it expertly. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend this showroom for their professionalism and customer care.

Good place with a sufficient variety of jewellery options. However, the service is extremely slow and they seriously need to work on improving their speed. Since jewellery purchases usually take a long time, it would be a good idea to have a small snacks or refreshment counter inside to make the waiting more comfortable — especially considering the slow service. The jewellery making charges are also considerably high compared to other stores. On the positive side, paid parking is available outside and the store is well located, making it convenient to visit.

I had a really nice experience at Vashi Tanishq sector 17. They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, explaining every detail of the costing and the craftsmanship of the diamond jwellery I chose. A special thanks to Sonali and Janardhan for making diamond purchase so memorable.

Visited Tanishq Vashi today to buy a diamond ring and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Janardan Yadav, Suvarna and Kunal for their amazing support. They guided us throughout the selection, explained the quality and designs very clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. Their behaviour was humble, friendly and customer-focused. Truly happy with the experience. Highly recommended store!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing gold, thanks to Rohit Sharma. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. Rohit took the time to explain the different options clearly, helped us understand pricing and purity, and ensured we felt confident in our decision. What really stood out was his professionalism and genuine approach—there was no pressure, just honest guidance tailored to our needs. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend Rohit Sharma to anyone looking to make a gold purchase.

I visited the Vashi store with my wife and mother. Our overall experience was very good. The staff were very caring, polite, and professional. The sales representative Rohit Sharma and Sanjana Singh helped us in our purchase. Rohit explained the process to me in detail. The store has gold carat measuring machine which makes gold valuation process, more transparent and smooth. They also made our day special by celebrating our wedding anniversary in advance by cutting a cake. Thank you, Tanishq. And yes, I forgot to mention there is a valet parking facility.

Great service by Laxmi! My first visit was truly memorable. She helped me choose a beautiful mangalsutra design and warmly celebrated my anniversary. I also received an anniversary discount, which made the experience even more special. Visiting the DXC centre was a unique first-time experience, where I got to see live testing of diamond products. A special thanks to Janardan for explaining everything about diamonds so clearly. Once again, thank you Laxmi and the Tanishq team for such a wonderful experience
