BlueStone Jewellery Nexus Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

I had a great experience at Bluestone, Seawoods Mall. I exchanged my old gold and purchased beautiful diamond earrings. The process was smooth and transparent, and Iram was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

What a great Company to deall with! Such a varied selection of beautiful jewellery to choose from at really good prices and my niece's necklace was exactly as advertised. She's going to love it. I made an error with my order and Mark promptly dealt with it without any fuss. Wish other businesses had such helpful Customer Service. Will highly recommend to family and friends and I'll definitely be back. Thankyou from a delighted customer! ❤️ Thankyou miss naushin

I recently visited the Bluestone store and had a wonderful experience, all thanks to Kusmita Bhatt. Her service was truly outstanding. She was very polite, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Kusmita understood my requirements perfectly and showed me options with great patience and clarity. Her product knowledge and the way she explained everything made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. What I really liked was her positive attitude and the effort she put into making sure I was completely satisfied. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me choose the best option. Overall, it was a great experience, and Kusmita Bhatt’s service was excellent. She is definitely an asset to the store. Looking forward to visiting again!

Staff is great and there is an incredibly Good amount of options to select and buy from. Pure Gold Jewellery doesn't have many discounts and offers (thats the only downside), but otherwise would highly recommend.
