Visited the store recently, and while the jewellery was lovely, the customer service, especially from one of the female staff—was quite the opposite. She assumed we couldn't understand what she was explaining and even joked about it with a male colleague. It's rare to find such confidence paired with so little professionalism. A little courtesy and respect would go a long way.

We always had good experience at bhandari jwellers. The owner as well as the staff are very very friendly & welcoming. One feels very comfortable in the environment compared to other jwellers.

Nice shop and nice design 🔥💞

It's unacceptable to have a cashier who is dismissive and unprofessional in their communication with customers. The argument over previous calculations is unnecessary and shows a lack of customer service skills, when pointed for printing wrong bill the cashier tear the bill showing an attitude. As a reputed shop in the city, it's expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, which was clearly not met in this instance.

The shop is very nice the specially namade Ms sulbha assist with everything. And also she have shown whatever variety they have really appreciated for her aforts it was my wife birthday and I was finding the difficulty to find the ring for her hence we feel welcomed as soon as we enter the shop and we I find very nice ring for my wife thank you very much once again 😊
