This jewellery shop has completely lost its charm and integrity under the current ownership. The young owner is shockingly arrogant, disrespectful, and clearly unfit to carry forward the legacy built by his father and great-grandfathers. His attitude toward customers is not just unprofessional—it’s downright insulting. Zero sense of customer service, no vision, and no values. It’s painful to see such a respected family name being dragged down by someone who clearly doesn’t deserve the responsibility. Avoid this place if you expect even basic respect or decency.

In May 2024, I visited your store and purchased gold worth ₹1,03,000 from the first floor. I made the payment in cash and counted the amount three times myself. My relative also verified it. However, while counting the cash, one of your staff members set aside ₹500 and began arguing, implying that the amount was short. I request you to kindly look into such matters seriously, as incidents like this can negatively impact your store’s reputation. I initially considered filing a formal complaint but was advised by others that such practices are unfortunately common at your store. Due to this experience, I have decided not to visit again.
