The quality of the Rudraksha is excellent, they feel genuine, and they were properly drilled and made into a mala with good-quality thread. Extra thread was also provided, which was very thoughtful. Uncle explained everything clearly and honestly, including that bigger Mukhi Rudraksha come with certificates and bills, while smaller ones are given with a proper receipt. He also confidently said that I can get the Rudraksha tested anywhere, and if anything is found wrong, he would refund double the amount. Such honesty and confidence are very rare. He is very kind, patient, and respectful. There was no pressure to buy anything, and I was free to choose what felt right for me. He guided me properly and helped me select the Rudraksha, making the whole experience very smooth and comfortable. The prices are reasonable and fair, making genuine Rudraksha affordable even for middle-class families. In a market full of duplicates, Lakshya Gems truly stands out for quality, honesty, and customer respect. I feel truly blessed and lucky to have found this shop and such a genuine uncle.
