I recently visited the jewellery store, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was exceptional, and I felt genuinely welcomed. Ruchika Ambekar and Riddhi Upadhyay were especially helpful. They patiently listened to what I was looking for, guided me through options, and helped me customize a piece to exactly match my vision. Their expertise and kindness made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. A big thank you also to Pratik and Asha (from the orders department) — your support in making sure I got exactly what I wanted was invaluable. I also want to highlight the warm and caring service in the store’s pantry, particularly Rekha ji, who served food with such love and graciousness. It was a small touch, but it made the visit feel even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this jewellery store — not just for the beautiful pieces, but for the outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Well trained and courteous staff. Sales team is very patient and understands the likes of the customer. Collection is really trendy and must say a lot of choices. We have worked with Aman Pathak and Venkatesh who were patient and helpful in making the choices as per our taste and requirement. Neha yadav was helpful in making choices for men’s rings and courteous to be assisting us through the billing process. Their private space for making selections is niche and ensures comfort for all age groups.

We visited Kalamandir Borivali Showroom 2/3 days before. We had a very great experience with them. We already visited Kalamandir Surat showroom also. Roshini More attended us. There hospitality is commendable. Lots of options available in dimond and gold jewellery. If you are looking for some unique collection then you must visit Kalamandir. Highly recommend.
